We started JumboTiger because we ran coliving spaces ourselves - and couldn't find software that actually worked. So we built it.
Our Story
We Know Property Operations Because We've Lived It
JumboTiger was born from frustration. As shared living operators across coliving, BTR, and student housing, we tried every PMS on the market, and none of them could handle the realities of multi-resident properties: per-bed billing, flexible stays, community management, B2B corporate partnerships, guarantor portals, HMO compliance, and the hundred other things that make modern property operations complex. We started building tools for our own operations. What began as internal software evolved into a modular platform that any property operator can use, customized to their exact workflows, branding, and business rules. Today, JumboTiger powers property operations across the UK, Europe, and Asia, coliving, BTR, PBSA, student housing, HMO, flex living, serviced apartments, PG/hostels, and SFR landlords. Every feature we build comes from real operator needs, not hypothetical use cases.

We have run the spreadsheets, fought the generic SaaS, and felt the gap that made us build custom PMS for operators in the first place. Our founding team has deep operational experience in coliving. While our primary focus is now the platform, we maintain close relationships with operators and use their feedback to drive product development.
We typically work with operators managing 200 to 5,000+ beds. Our sweet spot is mid-market operators who've outgrown spreadsheets and generic SaaS but don't want to build from scratch.
