Because we build a custom PMS around your operation rather than selling a fixed product, pricing is scoped per operator. Your quote reflects the capabilities you need, your portfolio scale, and your deployment effort. You pay for what you actually use, not a per-seat subscription or a one-size bundle.

Under 48 hours from the discovery call. We need to scope your capabilities, portfolio scale, integrations, and deployment timeline. Once those are confirmed, the quote is firm.

We work best with operators running 200+ beds or 50+ units. Smaller operators usually get better economics from an off-the-shelf SaaS PMS at our pricing floor. We will tell you honestly during the discovery call if you fall below the threshold.

Pricing scales with the capabilities you use plus a soft scale factor based on portfolio size. We never charge per bed in a way that punishes growth.

Standard contracts are 24 months with annual renewals afterwards. Operators who pre-pay annually get a meaningful discount. Month-to-month contracts are available for pilot deployments under 100 beds.

Yes, a one-time deployment fee that covers the 30-day build, data migration, customization, and training. It is included in your quote so you see the all-in number.

Operations change. We re-scope quarterly during the first year, then annually. No hidden upsell behaviour, no surprise re-billing.
