REST API Overview
JumboTiger exposes a full REST API on every customer instance. Authenticated with bearer tokens, rate-limited per tier, and documented with OpenAPI 3.1 specs.
Endpoint groups
Tenants & Leases - CRUD operations on resident records, lease lifecycle events, document attachments.
Payments & Rent - Rent ledger, transaction listing, refund issuance, payment-method management.
Inventory & Occupancy - Per-bed availability, room/unit configuration, blackout dates, pricing rules.
Maintenance - Ticket creation, assignment, vendor coordination, completion + photo evidence.
Compliance - Certificate uploads, expiry tracking, inspection schedules, audit-pack generation.
Owner Reports - Distribution statements, P&L per property, occupancy + revenue snapshots.
Webhooks - Subscribe to 50+ event types for real-time integration with your downstream systems.
Authentication & Rate Limits
Bearer tokens scoped per integration. Rate limits: Starter 100 req/min, Growth 500 req/min, Enterprise custom (negotiated). All API responses include rate-limit headers.
Sandbox & Documentation
