We're a small team of property operators and engineers building software we wish we'd had when we ran our own coliving and shared living buildings. We're hiring across product, engineering, and customer success.

How we work

Operator-first: Every product decision is shaped by people who've actually run buildings, signed leases, and chased late rent.
Remote-first, global: Team members across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Asynchronous by default; meetings only when they earn the time.
Modular by design: The platform is built so different teams own different modules end-to-end. You ship to production from day one.
Customer obsession: Every engineer joins customer demos, talks to operators, and reads support tickets. The job is to solve operator problems, not just write code.
