Can I close out specific units to specific channels?
Yes. Per-unit, per-channel availability rules are common in flex living. Some units flex to Airbnb during low season and lock to long-stay only in high season.
Do you support direct booking?
Yes. JumboTiger ships a customisable direct booking widget for your own site, with the same inventory as OTAs. Direct bookings have lower fees and richer guest data, so we make them the highest-margin channel.
How does OTA payment reconciliation work?
