JumboTiger was born from frustration. As coliving operators, we tried every PMS on the market — and none of them could handle the realities of shared living spaces: per-bed billing, flexible stays, community management, B2B partnerships, and the hundred other things that make modern property operations complex.

We started building tools for our own operations. What began as internal software evolved into a modular platform that any property operator can use — customized to their exact workflows, branding, and business rules.
