These terms govern access to and use of the JumboTiger website and platform. Use of the platform itself is governed by your signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) with JumboTiger; these public terms apply to website browsing, demo requests, and pre-contract interactions.

Acceptance

By using jumbotiger.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Use of content

Marketing content (text, images, logos, mockups) on this site is owned by JumboTiger. You may share links freely but reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is not permitted.

Demo requests and inquiries

When you submit a demo request or contact form, you agree we may contact you about JumboTiger. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Platform service terms

If you become a JumboTiger customer, your use of the platform is governed by your signed MSA, our Data Processing Agreement, and any Order Forms, those documents take precedence over these public terms for matters relating to the platform service.

Limitations of liability

The marketing site is provided "as is" without warranties. JumboTiger isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the marketing site. Specific service liability is addressed in your MSA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
