This privacy policy describes how JumboTiger ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. We're a B2B SaaS platform for property operators, we handle data carefully because our customers handle resident data through our system.
What we collect
- Marketing site visitors: Page views, anonymized IPs, and basic device info via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
- Demo and contact form submissions: Name, work email, company, and any details you choose to share.
- Customers (operators using JumboTiger): Account credentials, billing information, configuration data, and operational data you enter into your dedicated instance.
- Resident data inside customer instances: JumboTiger acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers (the operators). Customers are the controllers of resident data; we follow their instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
- To deliver and improve the JumboTiger platform
- To send relevant product updates (with opt-in consent)
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact mayank@everythingcoliving.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Data location and security
Customer instances are hosted in the region closest to the customer's primary operations (UK, EU, APAC, or India). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. See our Security page for details.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of trusted subprocessors (cloud hosting, email, payments). The current list is available on request to mayank@everythingcoliving.com.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session management and Google Analytics with anonymized IPs. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without breaking the marketing site.
