Can different residents have different access?
Yes. Some amenities are only for premium plan residents. Some require a deposit. Some are open to all. Per-amenity, per-plan rules.
Does it support resident-led events?
Yes. Residents can request to host events (e.g. book the rooftop for a birthday). Operators approve, set fees, capture deposits, all in workflow.
What about external bookings?
Optional. Some operators rent meeting rooms or photography studios to external customers as ancillary revenue. JumboTiger supports this with a separate B2B booking flow.
Does it integrate with our smart access?
