How is this different from PriceLabs?
PriceLabs (and similar tools) calculate optimal prices. JumboTiger applies them across your stack: pushes to OTAs, generates contracts at the right rates, handles negotiated B2B rates. JumboTiger is the system of record; PriceLabs is the algorithm.
Does it work for monthly+ stays?
Yes, designed for it. Most revenue management tools are nightly-stay-first. JumboTiger's pricing engine has monthly and contract tiers as first-class. We're used by major flex living and coliving brands for this reason.
What about per-bed pricing in coliving?
Yes. Each bed can have its own price (premium beds with views, cheaper interior beds). Pricing rules can apply at the bed, room, unit, or property level.
Does it handle LOS discounts and prepayment incentives?
Yes. Length-of-stay discounts (10 per cent off for 3+ months), prepayment incentives (pay 6 months upfront for 5 per cent off), early-bird discounts, all configurable per property.
